I was skateboarding a month ago and after i was done with the day my big toe, that big ball on the bottom of my foot, and the side of that ball was hurting me. It stops hurting if I just chill on it but as soon as I start skating again it starts throbbing I think I bruised some stuff in my foot, Is there a trick I can do to make it heal so I can skate comfortably again?
