How do you LEGALLY download music from myspace?

Let me make it clear that I am asking how to legally download music from myspace. I don't want any links to virusy illegal sites to get the music.

What I mean is when there is a "download" button available under the song, how do I get that song into Itunes for my Ipod? I've been having stupid troubles with that, and I need to know how to do it. It is legal to get songs from myspace, right?

if those users allows other users to download it, then yes, it's legal. But most of the time, they don't let other user download their music.
