How do you Put on Full cover Nail tips?

I bought them then realized I dindt know how ot put them on.

  3. ok well what you have are tips and in the groove of the nail you put the nail glue then you need liquid acrylic and powder acrylic. After dipping your brush into the liquid acrylic, you will then dip your brush into the powdered acrylic and continue with the layout process over each nail
