How do you Sync songs to 80GB iPod?

I've tried clicking Sync, but this note shows up, "Are you sure you want to sync music? All existing songs and playlists on the iPod will be replaced with songs and playlists on your iTunes Library."

I don't want to erase the 7000 songs before it. What should I do?

Well, Aren't the 7000 songs before it on your iTunes library all ready?

If they are, if you sync it, they'll all go back on anyway..

if not..Then your just gonna have to do it manually..
