How do you USE a "color charm volume 30?

how do you use a "color charm. volume 30"? there isn't EVEN instruction on the bottle so i REALLYneed help. it looks SOMEWHAT like this-

Ummm...  That's just a developer.  Do you have something to mix in it?  Like a bleach, or dye, or toner???  I don't think it will do much all by itself...

First of all...that's the developer. Volume 30 developer. You need a color, toner or bleach to mix with that to make it work. Just using developer ...won't work!
