  1. you just have to stretch ever single day, not everyone can do a splt. Some people can NEVER. I have all 3, but having 8 years of gymnastics when I was 4-12 probably helped. Now i do ballet and we do them there too.

    just keep stretching! never give up :]


  2. Front catches & side catches will help improve the flexibilty in your leg. Do 2of them every nite. It's very hard how to describe what to do... so maybe this video will help. I've used it before & it's helped me inprove my splits. It will guide you step by step as a dancer teacher would.
