How do you a yarn over twice and k2tog?

I have no idea how to yarn over twice. I know you can do it once by wrapping the yarn over your right needle (if right handed) before you knit the next stitch.

As for K2tog, you would knit 2 stitches together. Instead of just taking one stitch on to your right needle (if right handed) you would take two on to the needle and then knit it like you would one stitch. You are decreading by one stitch then.

Wrap the yarn around your needle two times and then knit the next two stitches together as if they are one stitch.  This is one where you can't overthink the instructions <G>.
