How do you abuse a website?

ok here is the problem this site is not safe for young user how do you abuse the owner find the owner idenity or somethinng like that to stop making bad websitethat`s not right for you users?

report them to the police. tell them that it is an innapropriate web site that younger net surfers have access too. the cops should take it from there.  its good to know that people like you are concerned about stuff like this. thumbs-up.
