  1. Start by humming

This resonates through your body and you can tell where the sound is working (deep chest ~ head).

The higher the note the more you will feel it in your head ~ also you cannot go into falsetto when humming!

  2. I read a book called "singing like the stars" by Roger Love and it helped me a lot (it comes with a cd). For a while, you are gonna keep going into falsetto. It takes a while before u can find your middle voice. What u can do is try warm-ups that force u to go higher. When u do go higher one thing that u cannot do is strain ur throat too much. If u feel ur singing falsetto, try to sing that note differently. One way to tell if ur singing falsetto is that falsetto feels airy and u won't always have a lot of volume. Try warm-up exercises do re mi...They will surely help ur range.
