How do you access Skype from a friend's house?

I would like to use it from a friend's house, as my computer has crashed

Well you would have to download it onto your friend's computer then sign on to it as you normally would with your screen name and password

If Skype is running on your friends PC, then just go to (top left corner of Skype) "File--> Sign-Out"

Then sign-in with your Skype UserName.

Do they have Skype?

If so, from where ever you normally access Skype. If not, you have to download it again. (see source)
