How do you access system bios settings on a windows xp 2002?

im trying to overclock my pc by upping the front side bus but i cant seem to find how to get into the bios settings to do so... any help would be greatly appreciated

  1. Usually most systems use the delete or F1 keys to access the BIOS.  Press those on start up to access it.


  2. when the system starts press DEL button on your system you will log on to bios settings  

  3. accessing the bios on your computer is a different operation for different computers based on their motherboard.  generally when you are turning on the computer a screen will flash, pretty quickly that will say  "press  [key] to enter setup"  (where [key]) is the button they want you to push.....once you have seen the screen and identified the button (could be f1, f11, del, esc.........)   reboot your computer and tap the specified key until you enter the bios. If you get to the Windows screen, then you missed your chance, and have to try again, if it really doesnt work for you check to make sure that it really is asking you to push the button you are pushing.
