Shift & 2 or Shift & ' will usually work depending which locale you are using.

Do you mean @ ,if so it`s shift and the ' key on mine on the right hand side of the qwerty board

It really does depend on which nationality keyboard you have set up

Alternately if your cursor (insertion point) is flashing in a text input field. then you can hold down the ALT button

on the numerical keypad press "0" - "6" - "4"

and release the ALT button.

A "@" will appear,
