  1. >>If you have never been drunk, how do you know how you would act?

Drink effects different people in different ways. Its as simple as that. For example, I loose my memory very easily when I drink. Other people can't sit still. Other people get drunk very quickly, and others very slowly. Others cry. Also, some people have very bad hangovers while others don't.

With regard to how you might act, all I can say is that you need to respect alcohol and learn your limits. For example, take one drink the first time you try it. Also, take your time. When I was younger I could drink a lot quite quickly only to find that it would all catch up with me later in the night - and that was no pretty sight.

Alcohol is a very, very powerful drug. I've seen the most timid of people do the most craziest of things while being drunk. Ive known people who have killed themselves while drunk. Take you time and learn how much alcohol it takes to get you more drunk that you wish to be.

Eat well before you drink and be very careful mixing different types of alcohol.

If you're with a group and you feel that the going is too tough for you, leave for a while - talk to some other people in the room, go to the bathroom, or go to the bar and get some water. Don't let anyone ever bully you into drinking more that you want to.

    >>How long does it take for the effects of the alcohol to wear off?

Depends on how much you drink. A heavy nights drinking will result in most people being unfit to drive until at least the following evening. In other words, there can still be enough alcohol in your blood so that it is illegal for you to drive 12 hours after you've finished drinking.

I've felt drunk on at least one occasion the morning after the night before, while I've also felt somewhat hungover two days afterwords.

    >>Is being tipsy and drunk the same thing?

I would say being tipsy is when you've head a few drinks and it would be evident to a sober person that you have been drinking. And I guess you're drunk when you start loosing control over your body. You start staggering, slurring etc.

    >>How do u act when u are drunk or tipsy?

I've never done anything that I regret to this day while being drunk, so I'm lucky in that regard. I fell down a stairs once when I was drunk, but wasnt hurt. Fell in mud a few times. I've been mocked many times for my drunken dancing skills. I can be cranky some times while drunk but most of the time Im more hyper and over extraverted than normal.

For me, I like very much having a few drinks with a friend and talking about anything.
