Someone working for Yahoo would have to add such a category.  The best way to get them to do so is to fill out the suggestion form.  If you want the category added to Yahoo Answers, go to the Yahoo Answers suggestion board at http://suggestions.yahoo.com/?prop=answe... .  If you want the category added to Yahoo Groups, go to the Yahoo Groups suggestion board at http://suggestions.yahoo.com/?prop=group... .
