How do you add a music video to your sidekick LX?

i recently got the OTA update for my sidekick lx and now i want to put a music video on my phone but i am just unsure how. someone please help. thank you

create a video folder on your sidekick folder

convert the videos  to a 3gp format

I got a video converter on a free trial look it up on yahoo

Ultra Mobile 3GP Video Converter

then after you download the program

you choose the output folder to videos on your sidekick and it will convert them and add them to your sidekick ...
