How do you add a new stock portfolio in the New Yahoo?

In the old Yahoo you clicked on the categories (not an existing portfolio) tab and a screen came up with a CREATE NEW button. In the New Yahoo the categories edit only opens some "email it" thing. EDIT on a protfolio has no CREATE NEW choice.

Seems simple, under the tab My Portfolios there is a choice for "new portfolio".

Also, lower down where it lists "My portfolios", I see choices for   * Edit   * New   * Manage all portfolios

Either choose New or go to Manage to create a new one.
