The instructions are on the Pay Pal web site depending on which product you are using.  You will need to set up your personal web pages as instructed (you will usually need a Product page, a Successful Sale page and a Failed Sale page).  Take those URLs to the Pay Pal web site and they have a tool that will generate the code to put under the Pay Pal graphic on your site.
