How do you add click-able links/ buttons on the side of my blog (blogger)?

1. On the Blogger home page, click on "Layout", which is located in the Dashboard section.

2. On the right-hand side of the page, there should be a button somewhere that says "Add A Gadget". Click that.

3. A new window should open up. Scroll down a bit until you see something that says "Link List". Click on the plus (+) sign on the right of it to add this feature onto your blog.
