How do you add friends to Webkins?

Add button on friends list doesn't work while using Webkins. How do I activate button? The button is not highlighted. When I click on it, nothing happens.

That happends when your kinz chat phone isn't on, click POWER and then the thing highlights . So then you can start adding

I had the same problem when I started. What u do is click on power (Even not highlighted) , then u wait for it to load, and at the bottom should be a button named Add. When u r on that u will see a screen that says put username in or something like that. All u do is put that username in and they will send a message to that person asking if they could be ur friend and they will either say yes or no. I hope I helped ur question. Have a nice day!!!

That is a good question.  I tried to add some friends last night and can't.  I don't know what is going on.
