If you're talking about a website asking local people to help the school and providing contact details etc, you can register on Yahoo Geocities to get some free web space to store your web pages and make them available to other people on the net. They also provide free tools to create the pages and a file manager to add and delete files. There are help files there on how to do it and you can ask for more help on here from people who have done it before.
