How do you add layouts/backgrounds to yahoo groups?

I just created my own group and I don't know how to customize it and look like other groups...you know...fancy

To customize the look of your Yahoo Group, click on Management on the left-hand side of the Group's web page.  Then click Description & Appearance under Group Setting.  You can customize the text description of your Group by clicking the Edit link next to Description, and/or you can customize the colors by clicking the Edit link next to Custom under Colors And Photo (towards the lower-left part of the page), and/or you can choose a Photo to display on the Group's home page by scrolling towards the bottom-right part of the page and clicking the Edit link next to Photo.
