How do you add more picture tubes to paint shop pro?

I downloaded some picture tubes to my computer but they are zip files. I found a tutorial on how to extract zip files. I followed the instructions but, when I try to open it it says windows cant open the file. I am wanting to put them on paint shop pro.. how do I do this?

Firstable you must extract the zip fles with WinZip or WinRar. The picture in there must be a JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, or any other image files so it can be opened in Paint Shop Pro.

I assumed that you haven't done the extraction correctly. Or may be you have to download it again.
