How do you add pictures onto the yahoo! question details?

I asked a question " Do you think this boy is cute or not" but I need to be able to put up his pic. How do you do that. I've seen other people do it, but how?

two problems with that is that users are not allowed to ask chat questions, or they will be deleted,
