How do you add pictures yahoo answers to get people opinions on the picture?

use websites such as flickr.com snapfish.com or photobucket.com and upload your photo on there. Then when you are viewing the photo, copy the hyperlink at the top of the webpage (that's the thing at the top that starts with http://)

then when you are asking your question, paste it where you want it to be pasted and then post your question.

upload it on tinypic.com or imageshack.us or photobucket.com and copy the direct link and paste it in your question

You upload it onto flicker or photobucket, and place a link to it in the question. These sites will give you a link code to paste onto different things.  It is pretty easy.
