How do you add???

Question

i have a blog and i was wonder how do you put those little icons or widgets that are right by each other and they are small? they're like little boxes but there is a youtube link, technorati link, facebook link...etc.....but they're small and if people click on it, it will take them immediately to the author's youtube, technorati, facebook etc.....

Sorry for my bad description, but yeah i hope you know what im talking about....

In your blog you use the add a link feature on your blog composer.. it is on the toolbar on the composer .. you can use any picture you would like to be the symbol for the link click place.
