How do you add things other than text to your pics??PLEASE HELP?

I want to add like extra colors or things like that. I can't figure out how to do it. PLEASE HELP:)

save it to your file (the picture) and then right click the picture (when you open the file on your computer not internet) then click edit then add colors or whatever. =). If you need better intructions email me. (go to my account to do so).
