How do you add to conference on skype on a Mac ?

My friend just got a mac and hasnt figured out how to add a person were searching for on skype. She doesnt want to add to contacts. She just wants to add them to a conference. Also, is there a trick to use a right click button on a mac. I'm a windows guy :)

Under the "Call" menu, there is the "Conference' menu.

While in conference menu, instead of adding a contact, I believe there is a box for inputting phone number directly, just like when adding a person to conference with PC version.
