How do you address a dame?

Hi, I wanted to know how to address people with the title "Dame". An example would be when you address Queen Elizabeth II as "Your Majesty".

  7. A dame is a female knight, and just as a knight is addressed as "Sir [his first name]," a dame is addressed as "Dame [her first name]."  You would address Sir Paul McCartney as "Sir Paul" and Dame Judi Dench as "Dame Judi."
