How do you adjust size of pics?

Some pics sent to me as attachments come in too large to

print on 8X11 standard paper. Can I adjust something on my computer to get the pic to come in smaller?

  1. Here is a free on line photo resizer i have used it and found it easy to use and offering a good free service. no software download needed.
