How do you adjust the rear headrests on a 2008 Sentra?

The headrests are pointing out at a 180 degree angle. How do you adjust them so the head rests flat against the headrest?

When they come to the dealership I said what's up with those rear head rests too. Section #1 page #5 and page #6 It appears that you push down to release then lift the head rest up. In the foward posisiton where they are now that is how you fold the seat foward for cargo room. I know that section is poorly written. I will try the next New Sentra I see in the shop and foward more commets if necessary
