  1. To adjust the volume on the pearl you must first have the video playing.  while you are playing the video on the right side of the phone it has an up and down button towards the top.  Press the button up and the volume should go up.  Hope this helps.


  2. Are you talking about turning the volume up and down? If so, the volume up and down buttons are on the right side of the device.
