How do you allow invitations to be sent through?

i've been trying to add my boyfriend for a while now, and it keeps saying that he's not accepting invitations at the moment. when he tries to add me, it says that I'M not accepting invitations at the moment. What's wrong? How can we add each other?

Unless you absolutely know for sure that your contact has activated their 360 page (they actually have to go through the process of clicking the "Get Started" button on 360.yahoo.com, it's not automatic like other Yahoo services) AND then have made their 360 invitations permissions enabled for "Everyone in 360" or a category that includes you, then it may not be a glitch. Plus, 360 invitations only applies to people with Yahoo addresses.

You both should click the "Edit Contact Settings" link under your personal profile picture on the "My Page." Make sure the  invites section is set to "Everyone in 360" or "Friends of Friends" for now. Click the "Save" button at the bottom. You can always change it whenever you want.

So, if the above isn't the case, then you will get the "not accepting invites at this time" message for the contact. I would not chalk it up to a 360 glitch without checking all that out.

Yet there is a glitch regarding invitations right now, where if you send one, the person may not get it until several weeks or days later. You have to be careful about the invitations - you can only send out 100 invitations at one time. Then, you can only have 300 friends connected on your 360 space. And if you have a full 360 mailbox, then you will need to delete some messages in your inbox and sent mail folders to help prevent that error as well.

there are many bad glitches on yahoo! 360 from not being able to post blogs,not being able to accept invitations,not being able to post/view comments etc

unfortunately there is no help,yahoo! will not be fixing these glitches because a new format is going to replace yahoo! 360.

so if you wish to continue using yahoo! 360 in the time being you will have to put up with these glitches.
