it should be an open question... then you click answer this question or whatever... i don't know why it wouldn't be there if it's open. sorry

make sure that the question you are trying to answer says "open question" right by the person's avatar...otherwise it's been resolved and is not accepting new answers.

if it already has a best answer selected....u cant answer it anymore

You might b having a problem answering a ? b/c u  might have been finding ? that are already closed an cannot b answered anymore. Wen I 1st started I had that problem b/c i didn't understand that. On open ? usually there is a big green button below the ? when u open it and it says "answer this question" just click it and fill it out like so. Hope this helps! ;)

lol. i have the same problem but i think there is a time limit on how long you can answer the question. Also, it depends on what level you are to do certain things. Good luck

Check somewhere on the monitor...

You click on the question, then click the blue button that says "Answer this question."

You may be looking at resolved questions. Try clicking the big green button in the top middle of your page that says "answer" to find unresolved questions.

you click on "answer this question" under your question

you type in a question you want to answer, if the question is new you can awswer it or if a best answer is chossen you can't answer it.
