you click answer this question in the blue clickable under the question at the top of the page

They are 3 tabs on top. ASK, ANSWER, DISCOVER. go 2 ANSWER. then press a question that u want 2 answer n then press answer this question. Hope this helped a little ^_^

click on the blue button that says "answer this question" you have to be a yahoo member though so you can start to accumulate points too.

2. when the page opens press "answer question."
