How do you answer the quadratic formula?

If your answer is x = 3, 5.

Do you say x = 3 and x = 5 or x = 3 or x = 5?

you would say x=3 OR x=5 because recall the quadratic formula:

negative b, plus OR minus...

so in the end you answer would be this or that.

Do it this way..

{x=3,x=5}

Which would mean or..it has two possible solutions remember?
