  1. OK, you first lift up your lid and apply it to that uhm flat area under your lashes and then you put it above your lashes and BAM you look amazing

  2. With a paintbrush, what else?

    - Paris Hilton

  3. by taking ur time

  4. Basically, just be careful with what your doing.

    1. Pick a decent color

    2. gently use your index and thumb finger to hold your eyelid.

    3. with your other hand, holding the eyeliner, slowly start at the inner corner of your eye and drag the eyeliner pencil to your outter corner.

    4.Then your done!

  5. well i use a marker cause its alot easier and stays on for days :)

  6. close the one eye and use your finger to stretch it, and then go from in to out, stay as close as the lashline as possible.

  7. keep your eyes open to avoid putting to much on. you can put it all along the lash line or just to the edge of you iris which ever you want.

  8. Try pulling your eye lid up a little and take your time to get it in a good line.

  9. theres no correct way, it depends on how you like it or not, just put it on right above the eyelashes from each corner, its simple...

  10. use liquid liner, and then if the line needs neatening, use a cotton bud to remove wrong/wonky/uneven eyeliner, which will correct the line and to neaten it up! :)

  11. I used to have that problem all of the time - then I found out that I wasn't using the right tools for the job!  Get an angled brush (I'll post a pic) - you can dip this into wet/dry eyeshadows - dry eyeshadows - basically, you can turn anything into an eyeliner - which is *awesome.*  If it's wet, then just start at the inner corner and pull over to the outer edge of your eye - it's super simple with this brush - really :)  I always extend it a tiny bit past the end of my eye to give it a "catty" look.  If it's dry (you're using the brush in dry eyeshadow - you can just press the brush on your eyelid right on top of your lashes and just press and move, and press and move - that's it!

Pen eyeliners are also really easy to use - Too Faced has an awesome set that has a pen eyeliner that is just clear gel - so you can make your own eyeliner out of all of your eyeshadow colors - no more buying eyeliner ever.  Good Luck!

There are also videos online that show you - I've linked you to them :)

  12. Don't use liquid eyeliner unless you've had a lot of practice because it will only frustrate you.

Made a thin line as close to your lashes as possible on both eyes, then slowly and carefully make both eyes match.

  13. a pencil eyeliner is the best... try one by covergirl or revlon. the black pencil by those companies has a smoother and less rough of a texture.

makesure you always draw a thin line so you can adjust it.some people rush through it and patience is key. they have eye liner stamps at pharmacys where the stamp has some liquid eyeliner and you just press it on.. but that can be expensive so just try to make thin eyeliner lines and then thicken them if you examine any bumps or discrepincies

    good luck

    things ull need

    eyeliner

    mirror

    patience

    time

    practice

  14. i do it swiftly, i dunno.. just stretch ur eye lid and confidently apply

    practice makes perfect

  15. if i were you i would just get someone to do it for me

  16. Do a dot line for example _ _ _ _ then fill in between the lines start slow with short lines.

  17. close yer eyes aand tilt the pencil up and line over it

  18. well first you have to make sure your pencil eyeliner is sharp, then GENTLY pull your eye (slanty)  then you should start from the tear deck of your eye, and use little strokes, make sure not to press too hard or else it will smudge, make it as CLOSE to your eyelashes as possible. work SLOWLY and it will become easier. GOOD LUCK ! [:

  19. Practice makes perfect.  I've tried many different types from pencil to liquid and I have found the gel eyeliners to be the easiest to use.  Bobbi Brown and MAC make really great ones in many colors.  All you need to apply is a slanted skinny brush that you can get at Sephora, MAC, or Ulta (or anywhere make up brushes are sold).

    To apply gel liner:

Tap the brush gently in the pot to get a little bit of the liner and wipe off the excess on the rim of the pot. Close your lid and gently hold it down with a fingertip as you drag the brush across your upper lash line- I like to start at the center and work my way out, then go back from the inner eye and finish the line. For a less defined look (or to make mistakes less obvious) you can smudge with your finger tip or using a similar brush, sweep a similar color over the liner for a smokey look.

  20. I want to know the correct answer to this question also.  My solution is NO liquid, stick with pencil. I pull my eye sideways (like chinese eyes, plese no offense) then that makes it easier to get close to my lashes.  I pencil right on top of the lash line.... then thats it.

  21. depends the shape of your eye you drawa it on to wear u think it looks good but just start at the begining of your eye and gently press holding it and just make a thick or thin line across the top of your eyelashes making sure its right next to ur eyelashes

  22. the amount of eye make-up you are wearing plays a into your eyeliner. The eyeliner is like the iceing on the cake. The size of your eyes also matter. The one thing I tell for sure is that you want to have a think line. Start from the inside of eye work your way toward the outside.  You can start with a pencil or mechanic eyeliner and as you perfect your technic you can use liquid eyeliner.

  23. Only go half way on your top eye lid. It will look more professional.
