Question:

How do you apply concealer for dark circles?

I bought some yellow concealer specifically for dark circles, but when I put it on it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I think I'm applying it wrong, it's a solid stick and kind of creamy.

  1. A liquid one would be easier to apply. Then you could just put a little on a wedge sponge and gently dab it under your eyes. Also, putting powder on top after you've applied the concealer will help it stay on longer and blend better.

  2. For dark circles you are supposed to use a highlighter stick, they are green in colour and not expensive. Good luck!

  3. Using wand, gently dab 4 dots of concealer to the under-eye, inner corner, and border area of the eye. Thoroughly blend into skin with clean fingertip. A great type of concealer is idisguise from iq derma.

  4. get a good one

  5. try using brush with your concealer, for me it works

  6. Instead of rubbing in the concealer, you should dab instead. Rubbing make up tends to wear the make up down, which is why it is not as effective. Dabbing spreads the concealer.

  7. make three dots under your eyes and dab them under your eye with your finger to blend.

  8. You need to put it on and lightly dab at it with your fingers until it blends...don't rub it. Then you can put regular concealer over it and blend, then use powder to set it.

  9. well with a stick you just dab it don't ever draw lines and lines on your face. then with your ring finger dab it. don't ever just like try to rub it in, that rubs it away. that always works good. a really good one is sue devitt and try the bare minerals foundation and get a concealer brush. hope that helps=]

  10. I know this may sound strange but don't apply it over the whole dark area. Smooth it on to just the inner corners, it should draw the attention away from the circles and make the skin look brighter. Good luck.

  11. Okay you put a couple of dots of Concealer on your dark circles. Then you use your ring finger (4th one) to blend it very softly until you cant see the concealer.

Just remember, its not supposed to make dark circles disapeer but to hide them a little.

  12. use the stick directly on your skin, and gentle dot it around your undereye, especially the inner corner. then use your ring finger to blend it together, and finish with powder that matches your skin tone or is slightly lighter

  13. Dermablend has a really good concealer, google it, and you will see all the products they have for concealing flaws

  14. get one in a container, thats liquid .

put a dab on your finger && rub it aroundunder your eyes( :

  15. This will help you get rid of dark bags.

  16. honey-from what i know, GREEN based concealer is needed for dark circles. you know how they have yellow, green and brown. they sell it the same place. use your ring finger and rub it that way, don't apply it directly. dot it on about 3 dots from the corner of your eye to the outside. the triangle wedges are good for that too. you can get those in a 10 pack- they are like little sponges that you rinse out and use over and over, wet it first, squeeze it out and then rub it on the stick. if you do that with concealer or base also, it spreads easier. good luck, but double-check on that, the green concealer i mean. i am looking at my sheer-cover gift pack and my green concealer, is marked for "dark"circles"

  17. Rub some on your ring ringer and apply it making 3 dots, starting from the inner corner going out..then blend with your ring finger or a makeup sponge.
