How do you apply dark eyeliner?

Question

I need a little help putting on eyeliner. You know how it's like "racoon" eyes, could someone just give me a quick intsruction thingy.

all u do is make a darker line...and dont keep the line extremely close to the eye...so that way it would look darker

hold your eye and you should use a thin eyeliner.

make sure to have a mirrior!
