How do you apply eyeliner to your bottom lid?

So, i've been advised to wear eyeliner at the bottom buht i'm not QUITE sure how. any instructions? (= please& thaanks.

dont use liquid, it sucks.

just squint your eyes a little for a cleaner line and put pressure with the tip of the pencil from the outer eye to the inner eye, and then lightly smear over with finger to smooth out screwups :)

You pull your bottom lid down...so the pink part is showing and then you just...line your eye. Haha. If you want it to look darker put more...you want it to look thicker, put it at your bottom lashline.

Well what I do is i pull my bottom lid out just slightly. Enough to see a bit of the water-pink inside of your lid. Then i take my eyeliner and swipe it from the outside corner of my lid to the inside. (this makes a fine line) So you should have a very fine line really close to your eye. It may look weird now.

So then i take my eyeliner pencil and I turn it sideways and swipe it lightly on my bottom lashes.

It kind of gives a smokey eyed look.

use rimmel brown or black eye pencils for lining ur eyes.

there are two ways to do this.

ill explain and also try to get picss for you =D

one way is applying to ur waterline with is the flap of skin between the inside and outside of ur eye.

you can draw your eyeliner there.

another way is just lightly drawing on top of your bottom lashes to make them connect and be bolder.

use the pencil eye liner that you have to sharpen the other kind is diffucult to put on the bottem lid

follow the lash line. its really not hard its like you are drawing a picture ha ha. you are doing what it says.. lining your eye. so just do that. and i prefer not to go very heavy, just a couple of times over it. you don't want too much especially if you are a first timer.

You can either put it on your lower lash line (just below lashes)

Or you can wear it on your water line (If you pull your bottom lid down a little, it's that little strip of skin above your lashes where your top and bottom lids meet.)

Either one is good, just make sure you have a waterline safe eyeliner if you do your waterline.
