How do you go to your boss and ask him/her to advance to a higher positon? I want to go up to a supervisor from a dialer in a telephone research firm. I am well qualified, and I know I can do the position... I just don't know how to go to my boss and ask her...

  1. The word approach is the key word in this question. Any one having an approach to the higher authority means he is a worker who has nothing to believe that his boss is annoyed with him anyway and as well a true well wisher.A boss only could be approached if the approacher believe that he may convince his boss to be suitable for higher responsibility. Sometimes it can be proved by handling out of responsible business during absence of the boss. In short, it could be told that you are to show her with proof that you are capable of greater responsibility with pleasure and of course suitable vacancy is the necessity for the promotion.
