How do you archive your PS3 demo's?

Question

I have a Playstation 3 with 40gb (which isn't really enough for me), so I now have a Maxdrive 160 which has 160gb of storage space.

What I'd like to know is since I've just about tried everything, is how do you archive your games/demos?

I can archive my Music, videos & Pics fine but not demos or game as they don't give me an option to store them in my Maxdrive 160.
