How do you ask guys out?

If they don't have an IM or how to do it on IM,face to face, and in a note. Which is the best way tp get guys to say yes. Oh, and how do you get guys' attention?

Do it face to face or on the phone, IM or SMS is just a cowards way of doing it and you probably won't be taken seriously.  

Just call him up next to you see him ask for a quick word and see if he wants to go catch a movie or get coffee sometime or something.
