Usually if you want to attach rhinestones on clothing, you will need to get hotfix type rhinestones. Hotfix or iron-on rhinestone has a layer of adhesive on the back of rhinestone which melts and stick onto clothing when you iron them on. You can find some of these hot fix rhinestones at

If you have those rhinestones without adhesive layer on their back, these rhinestones are not for sticking onto clothing. You may use epoxy glue to stick them on clothing but that may risk damaging your clothing.
