How do you attract more subscribers on youtube?

i have this site i go to, they're the majority of my views + subscriptions, but i dont know how more people will find my site!

i think you will have to tell people through each website like myspace.com, etc.

you can advertise on other peoples videos! Like on there comments or comment bored. Like Ashley Tisdale's you tube, advertise it there. Or on your tags when you make videos, but more words that people would likely use.
