  1. Marezine anti motion sickness pills.

A lot of student pilots use them.

  2. Ginger supplements prior to flight is another option that works for some people. A few of my students have had success with it.

  3. Hi Flyer -

When I was in flight training I used to get pretty sick on my first couple of rides. My T-37 instructor flew my first ride off the runway up into the clouds in a screaming chandelle. I watched the sun go by in a completely unexpected position and had no idea where the horizon was. When we popped out on top, the horizon was 90 degrees to where I thought it should be. Boy, did that make me dizzy!

So I always packed a barf bag in my flight suit, and even used it a few times on the early rides. I found that even if I felt sick; if I could take control of the aircraft, I would immediately feel better. It was always when someone else was flying that it was worst - because I didn't know what he was going to do, and I was unprepared for whatever he did do.

Once I felt comfortable in the aircraft, all nausea disappeared. This didn't take long. So keep at it, if you love to fly, then ask for more stick time - you'll be fine! Good Luck!

  4. try chewing gum. thats what i do when i am nauseous and it works, I'm not sure how though. Try it out to see if this method will work for u! good luck!
