I started running about two months ago and have been on a training schedule for a marathon. I'm starting to run for longer periods of time and farther (like 7 miles, 2 hours). And now my sports bra gives me blisters along one seam and on the front where the strap rubs. I don't notice it all when I'm running. I know putting vaseline on my toes before I run keeps me from getting blisters, should I do the same with the problem spots from my sports bra? That's going to be a bit messier...I suppose I could get another sports bra without seams but... I need to also have one that has a lot of support.
