How do you avoid the government finding out about money you recieve?

I am on a disability pension in Canada and I might be getting a settlement for about $25,000.00 pretty soon. If the government finds out about it I will probably not get my pension anymore. How do I avoid the government finding out about the settlement? I don't want to lose my pension. Although $25,000.00 is a nice sum of money it won't last forever and I need my pension!!

unfortunatly, you cant hide money from the government, as its fraud and deception.

If you get caught, they'll make you pay back any funds that you have received that you shouldnt have anyway.

I understand your situation and understand your reply, however what i am telling you is what will happen if you receive money that you shouldnt have then yes they will make you pay it back-sorry!
