  1. Using a microwave.

Just kidding (sorta), but there are a lot of things you can do to eat home-cooked meals on a busy schedule.  I guess it all depends on how busy you are, really.

If you can buy boneless, skinless chicken b*****s that come frozen, they only take like ten minutes to fry.  Tack on a couple minutes to season them if you do that before-hand.

Most grocery stores now sell microwave-steamable vegetables.  You just throw the bag in the microwave and set it to the instructed time.  Out come delicious steamed vegetables!  Make sure you specifically get the kind that you can steam in the bag, though.

There are also plastic steaming containers and even some expensive steamer bags you can buy.

Frying food really doesn't take long, and if you fry it with cooking spray or on a non-stick pan, you don't have to worry about it being unhealthy.  Just buy lean meats.

If you want burgers, buy them already in the patty instead of molding your own from ground beef.  Stuff like that will save time.

  4. My "home-cooked" meals are made by Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, and South Beach Diet!

  5. Based on a 5 day work week two of my main dishes will be for two meals...for ex.

Monday: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, sting beans.

    Tuesday: spaghetti and meatballs.

Wednesday: Meatloaf sandwiches, and baked potatoes

Thursday: Meatball Parm Heroes and a salad

    Friday: take out
