How do you balance work and college at the same time?

Make a schedule!!! Thats th very first thing you want to do. Divide your time for each and STICK TO THAT SCHEDULE!!!

Organizing your time will get you the most done in the least stressful way, I promise.

(P.S. Also think how fortunate u r to go to college AND have a job...two things some people only dream about due to difficulties or whatnot)

My part-time job at college is great in the sense that it's not too busy - I can study there as well. Also, at the beginning of each semester I make up a schedule for myself - alloting class times, work time, study time, etc. so I have an idea of how much time I have to study. That helps a lot. For the fall semester, I'll be doing 5 senior level courses and working 20 hours a week -  that'll be really busy but I think I'll get through it :)
