How do you be a good employee?

I have recently been hired at an office as basically a etc. girl. I basically clean things, type up labels, or do anything else my boss says. I'm 15 so I really can't do much more, so how do I show that I'm a good employee?

  1. As long as you respect and follow instructions, it is a good start. Try to do your job as best you can, and do a little bit more. Understand what your boss needs and try to be proactive (do things before you are asked to).
